SHIPPING

We provide free delivery for all orders over 200,00 € shipped to the whole Iberian Peninsula (Mainland Spain), for orders under 200,00 € delivery is charged at 9.90 €

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery to Mainland Spain is normally 3-5 days working days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days) from the day of placing an order this applies to all IN STOCK items.

PRE ORDER items are shown as an expected due date, only as a guide.  This means we have already placed the order with the factory and is the expected delivery time.

OUT OF STOCK  items means we haven’t confirmation of any delivery dates to Favells as soon as we have this information we will update the product on the added to cart page. Currently we only ship Monday to Friday.

RECEIVING DELIVERY

On receiving your delivery, please check if there is any damage to boxes and report direct to Favells info@favellshomeandlifestyle.com whilst opening the product take good care to not to damage the packaging in case of need to be returned, for third party transport companies we must make any claim within 24 hours. In all cases if any of the boxes are damaged you must send pictures of the damaged box and delivery number to info@favellshomeandlifestyle.com, name and product number of the item/items and the name of the person that placed the order.

On receipt of goods if there is any damage to boxes or the goods please send pictures of the damage to info@favellshomeandlifestyle.com where we will replace the damaged items.

Favells only stock high quality brands, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may the return the purchase at your own cost and the goods must be unused, in the original packaging at your own cost, with all labels still attached, alternatively you can contact Favells info@favellshomeandlifestyle.com and we can arrange the collection the price will then be subtracted from the original purchase price.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit cards

Credit card payment is the fastest, most comfortable and safe. You only have to select payment by credit card and automatically will connect to our terminal (virtual POS) which it will show you the steps to make the payment of your purchase. After verifying the operation, you will receive a confirmation email of the transaction and we will proceed to the preparation and delivery of your order. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure maximum safety of themselves and stay in a secure server certified by SSL.

PayPal

For those who are accustomed to shop online. This system allows anyone with a PayPal account to send or receive money online completely safe, easy, fast and cost free for the buyer. To use this payment method, you must have a PayPal account (www.paypal.com) previously.

Bank Transfer

If you select bank transfer as payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase, indicating the account number where you can make the bank transfer to the name of  FAVELLS COSTA DEL SOL S.L.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject “order nº xxxx”, as well as your name and surname in order to validate it.

Payment of an order will not be considered to have been made until the total amount of the payment has been received in our bank account.

In order to process the shipment more quickly and to verify the information provided by our bank, we ask you to send us by e-mail to info@favellshomeandlifestyle.com, the proof of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all possible bank commissions are your responsibility when you choose this payment system.
